Running list of visitors
With this being Florida's first night game in the Swamp in over a year, you can rest assured the environment for the match-up with Arkansas will be electric. This weekend Florida is expected to host quite a few big names on their recruiting board. Here is a breakdown of who is expected for Florida-Arkansas.
On the unofficial visitors front, this weekend will mark the second straight home game that current commits, and ace recruiters Will Grier and Duke Dawson will be in the Swamp together. During the Tennessee game the duo were in the ear of the many visitors the Gators had on hand, and likely will be doing the same this Saturday.
Hollywood (Fla.) Chaminade Madonna Rivals250 defensive tackle commit Khairi Clark is also visiting this weekend. This is his first game in the Swamp he's attended this season.
There will be quite a few juniors expected this weekend, including mainstays defensive end CeCe Jefferson, linebacker Jeffrey Holland and defensive end Byron Cowart. The trio has gotten very close and made plans to catch this game together.
At the beginning of the week three-star offensive tackle David Sharpe was scheduled to visit FSU this Saturday unofficially for their game against Maryland. However, by Friday he had changed his mind and will be in Gainesville this weekend instead. It might be one of the last chances Florida has to really stop the slide they have been on with him. The Gators have gone from leading to looking up at Georgia for his services.
There are a few targets who will visit other places.
Louisiana Rivals100 teammates Gerald Willis III and Speedy Noil were expected to officially visit Florida this weekend, but both have pushed their visits back once again. They are now looking to visit for the Vanderbilt game.
Five-star Florida targets Joe Mixon and Adoree' Jackson will both officially visit Oklahoma this weekend. The Sooners seem to be a bigger threat for Mixon than Jackson.
Many of the Gators top targets will be in Knoxville this weekend to watch the Volunteers host SEC East rival Georgia. Wide receiver Travis Rudolph, linebacker Clifton Garrett, defensive end Dewayne Hendrix and wide receiver Josh Malone are all on the Vols' official visitor list.
Check the Alley all weekend for the latest from the official and unofficial visitors.

The
Skinny: The Gators are in need of another tight end in the 2014 class and are trying to make a move for this West Coast star. Dixon has interest in playing football in the state of Florida, and has the Gators in his top five. Florida will need to really roll out the carpet to impress him in order to be a real threat to the UCLA Bruins, who are the presumed leader.

The
Skinny: Clemson is the presumed leader for Featherston, but this isn't a done deal for the Tigers just yet. Featherston visited UF over the summer and will get a much more in-depth visit this weekend. The Gators have an uphill battle to steal this four-star away from the Carolina schools, but having Brad Lawing in their corner is nothing but help.

The
Skinny: Kelleher was blown away on his unofficial visit to Florida for the Tennessee game. Much of this visit will likely be about academics, as Kelleher will be an Engineering major while at UF. This four-star will enroll at Florida early.
