Each year, Inside the Gators kicks off the next year's recruiting class by taking a look at 10 top Florida targets from both instate and out-of-state.
So, it's time to look at 10 top out-of-state prospects who will most likely be some of Florida's most prominent targets in 2018.
Note: The below list is the opinion of ITG and not the coaching staff of the University of Florida. The prospects are listed alphabetically and are not the top 10 targets, but rather 10 targets worth keeping an eye on from out-of-state.

10 TOP 2018 OUT-OF-STATE TARGETS
The Skinny: The state of Georgia has quite a few talented linemen in the 2018 cycle and Armstrong is a guy the staff has recruited from early on. He’s visited Florida’s campus a few times in the past and had a good relationship with former offensive line coach Mike Summers. The Gators have numerous other schools from the SEC in the mix for Armstrong, but they do seem to be legitimately in this race early on.
The Skinny: Florida delivered an offer to this four-star defender just a few days ago, on the evening of National Signing Day for the 2017 cycle. The Gators will look to continue to add elite talent to the defensive tackle position in the 2018 cycle, after landing three guys at the position in the 2017 haul. The Gators have had success at Davis’ high school having landed D.J. Humphries in the past and lineman T.J. Moore this last class.
The Skinny: The Gators offered this three-star defender back in the summer after working out at one of Florida's camps. The Gators were active with their recruiting efforts in Georgia last year, and will hope to use their DBU tradition to steal this one from the Peach State.
