The Florida football staff is looking to cap off a successful week on the recruiting trail with many important visits on tap for Friday.
Here is a rundown of where the Florida coaches will be today.

Head coach Jim McElwain has a busy Friday ahead of him and he will start off the day with South Florida area recruiter Randy Shannon. The two are expected to drop by American Heritage High School to see commits James Houston and Marco Wilson. Heritage is also home to Michigan offensive tackle commit Kai-Leon Herbert, who the Gators hope to flip. 2018 targets Patrick Surtain and Tyson Campbell will be seen as well.
McElwain and Shannon will also stop by St. Thomas Aquinas High School as well, home of quarterback commitment Jake Allen.
Shannon will also stop by Miami (Fla.) Edison high school to see 2018 LSU commit Nadab Joseph and defensive end Kayode Oladele.
While in the South Florida area McElwain is also expected to link up with wide receivers coach Kerry Dixon to make a stop by Miami (Fla.) Southridge High School. They are expected to see commits Kemore Gamble and Shawn Davis as well as 2018 wide receiver Mark Pope.
Dixon will return later this evening for their game against Palmetto.
Later in the afternoon McElwain will travel to the Tampa area and will meet up with area recruiter Chris Rumph to view multiple prospects. The two are supposed to check in on Tampa area commitments DaQuon Green and Zachary Carter at their schools.
Rumph will also make his rounds in the Tampa area and is expected to see USC commit Juswan Burgess, running back Malik Davis, 2018 targets Warren Thompson, Jermone Ford, and Malcolm Lamar at Armwood, and 2018 tight end Judge Culpepper.
Offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier will also be in the Tampa/ Clearwater area as well on Friday. He is expected at Clearwater high school to see running back commit Adarius Lemons and defensive lineman Kane Taylor. Nussmeier will also a trio of 2018 targets as well with offensive tackle Richard Gouraige, Nicholas Petit-Frere, and athlete Armari Burney.
Offensive line coach Mike Summers is in the Florida Panhandle on Friday. His most important stop of the day will be to see five-star Alabama offensive tackle commit Alex Leatherwood. Summers will also see 2018 wide receiver Jacob Copeland, and 2018 cornerback Juanyeh Thomas.
Defensive backs coach Torrian Gray is in his main recruiting area of Polk County on Friday. He will stop by Lakeland High School for Rivals100 wide receiver James Robinson, Kathleen High School for linebacker commit Ventrell Miller, and Fort Meade high school for 2018 offensive tackle Cleveland Reed.
Tight ends coach Greg Nord is in the state of Alabama on Friday to see numerous prospects. He will see tight end commit Zech Byrd, wide receiver target Henry Ruggs, and 2017 defensive lineman Alec Jackson. Nord is also expected to see 2018 targets Tank Jenkins, Cam Taylor, and Kavosiey Smoke.
Defensive coordinator Geoff Collins will be in his recruiting area of Orlando on Fruday. He will see Notre Dame commit Jordan Pouncey at Winter Gardens High School, 2018 offensive tackle William Barnes, 2018 defensive end Stacy Kirby, and 2019 commitment Jaleel McRae.
Running backs coach Tim Skipper also has an important slate of recruits to see on Friday. He will start his day off by seeing top 2018 running back target Lorenzo Lingard. Friday evening Skipper is expected on the sidelines of Trinity Christians big match up against IMG Academy. That game will feature five-star cornerback target Shaun Wade, offensive center target Cesar Ruiz, and 2018 offensive tackle Richard Unije.
