Huggins feels like a great fit for Grantham's defense

After losing prospect after prospect off of the commitment list over the last week, Florida turned the tide in a big way on Sunday when Daytona Beach (Fla.) Mainland four-star safety Johnathan Huggins, a former Florida State commit, pledged to the Gators.

'I want to say probably last night after dinner I was hanging out with the other players (visitors) and I realized that is the place I wanted to be,” explained Huggins. “The students and players are on break so we got more time with each other and the coaches and I felt like Florida is the best fit.”

When he reports to campus, he'll have a familiar face around.
