Shannon sees highly sought after duo
With the recruiting dead period coming to an end earlier Thursday the entire Florida coaching staff hit the road in order to see multiple top targets for both the 2017 and 2018 classes.
While in the South Florida area today Gators defensive coordinator Randy Shannon stopped by Planation (Fla.) American Heritage, home to Florida early enrollee James Houston, Florida commit Marco Wilson as well as top targets Kai-Leon Herbert and Tedarrell Slaton.
Florida visiting the duo on the first day of the contact period signals just how high of a priority they are according to American Heritage offensive line coach Travis Spiva.
