Kenyon Green decommitted from LSU in mid-December, but it remains in the picture and have been in consistent contact. One reason for his decommitment was the departure of LSU OL coach Jeff Grimes, who took the OC job at BYU. Green has spoken to new LSU offensive line coach James Cregg, who he has liked during their limited interaction. The schools that are currently recruiting him the hardest are Florida, Texas, Texas A&M and Oklahoma, while his most recent offer came in from Oklahoma State. When asked for his top schools he mentioned Oklahoma, Texas A&M and Alabama, followed by Florida and Texas. He also plans to visit Oklahoma, Texas A&M and Florida, but none of these three are set yet.- Mark Pszonak

Rivals100 wide receiver Jordan Whittington has a top six of Florida, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M and UCLA. He said he was "very close" to committing on his birthday, Oct. 1, but he held off because of possible coaching changes at the school he almost committed to. He now plans to commit over the summer. - Chad Simmons, Rivals.com

Rivals100 defensive back Josh Sanguinetti says Florida State, Miami, Stanford and Florida are currently stand out. So while he names no official top four, the in-state programs and the Cardinal seem to have the early inside track. Sanguinetti has not set any off-season visits as of now, but plans to do so in the weeks ahead. - Rob Cassidy, Rivals.com

Rivals100 tight end Keon Zipperer didn’t show up to Future 50 check-in itching to name a top-five, but he asked what one might look like if he had to name one today and immediately acquiesced.

“I’d go with North Carolina, Miami, Florida, Clemson and Alabama,” Zipperer said.

The four-star prospect says that most schools want to play him at tight end or H-back but that Alabama and a few other programs have mentioned playing him at defensive end. - Rob Cassidy, Rivals.com

Four-star offensive lineman Dontae Lucas has wavered a bit on which school he favors during his high school career. Sometimes it’s Miami. Other times, it’s Florida. His response depends on the direction of wind. Things were no different on Wednesday, as the Miami High School standout declined to name a leader and added new schools to the mix.

Georgia and Florida State are starting to come into the picture,” Lucas said. “I’m really starting to like Kirby Smart right now.”

Lucas plans to visit Alabama, Miami and Florida this offseason but has not set dates for such trips.- Rob Cassidy, Rivals.com

Jaquaze Sorrells, who committed to Florida during the summer of 2016, de-committed from the Gators a few days ago. While he grew up a fan of the Gators and says he still favors them, he wants to take a look at a few other schools while he gets to know the new coaching staff. Schools in the mix now are Florida State, TCU, Wisconsin and Miami, who offered immediately after his de-commitment from Florida. He is planning visits to FSU, Miami in the near future, and then TCU and Texas in the summer. He had a good relationship with the Oregon staff so their move to FSU will help the Seminoles. He also visited Tallahassee for the Louisville game this fall. - Rob Cassidy, Rivals.com

Tre'von Riggins, who is from St. Petersburg, is a 2020 IMG recruit to watch. A legit 6-foot-4, 255-pounds, Riggins' only offer is from Miami, but he is hoping to receive more interest from Florida State, Florida and Clemson. He attended his first game during the fall, which was at Miami against Virginia. There are no plans at this time for any additional visits. He did mention that he is a "Florida boy" and already made it pretty clear that his preference would be to play his college ball in the Sunshine State. -- Mark Pszonak, Rivals.com

After his de-commitment from Oregon in November, Arjei Henderson has been hearing the most from Oklahoma, Alabama, Texas A&M, Texas and Notre Dame. He has upcoming visits planned to Oklahoma and TCU, and hopes to visit Florida and Florida State in the next few months. Florida is his most recent offer, while his relationship with coach Willie Taggart will make the Seminoles a player in his process. As of right now he is looking to sign next February, but he does not seem set with that decision.

Shane Lee has an impressive offer list of schools such as Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Michigan, Ohio State and Wisconsin. He does not have a top five or anything at this time and he is planning to take his time with the recruiting process. People, community and relationships will play into his decision. -- Chad Simmons, Rivals.com
