Redshirt freshman defensive end Jordan Smith, one of nine Florida football players facing felony fraud charges for allegedly transferring money from a stolen credit card in order to use the money to buy electronics, tweeted out Thursday afternoon that he has decided to transfer from Florida.

Smith was one of two players - offensive tackle Kadeem Telfort being the other - who weren't offered a pre-trial diversionary program because of the number or severity of their transactions.

One of the remaining seven players, Antonio Callaway, has declared for early entry to the NFL Draft.

That leaves six players whose future is still up in the air.

* Running back Jordan Scarlett

* Wide receiver Rick Wells

* Defensive linemen Keivonnis Davis (who is also recovering from an auto accident) and Richerd Desir-Jones

* Linebackers Ventrell Miller and James Houston
