For the first time in approximately a month, Florida (3-6, 3-5 SEC) is back in The Swamp as UAB (7-3), in its first season back since 2014 comes to town. With UF desperate to get a win, these five (actually six) Gators are On the Spot this week.

1. Redshirt freshman quarterback Feleipe Franks

After graduate quarterback Malik Zaire's injury at Missouri, it's back to Franks at signal-caller for the Gators. For the first time in his career, Franks will face a non-Power 5 defense. Florida should have the talent advantage, but the Gators need Franks to play smart football and avoid turnovers. UAB enters the game tied for second in Conference USA with 12 interceptions.

On the season, Franks has an even 5-to-5 touchdown-to-interception ratio. The more worrisome stat with Franks is his completion percentage, which is at 57.5 percent for the season, but was only 40 percent (10-of-25) in the loss to South Carolina.
