Florida makes another pitch for five-star Wade

Last week the Florida coaching staff fanned out from coast-to-coast checking on some of the top prospects from across the nation. Despite their willingness to travel great distance, the most highly rated prospect they saw was the one who is closest to campus.

On Friday evening head coach Jim McElwain was present for Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian’s big home game match-up against Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy.

The fact that the Crusaders weren’t able to come away with the win damped the mood somewhat. However, five-star cornerback Shaun Wade was upbeat and appreciative to see the coaches on the sidelines sporting their Orange and Blue gear.
