Four-star grew up a Florida fan, but waiting to see what Corral can do
Joseph Hastings
Inside the Gators

On Saturday Jacksonville (Fla.) Fletcher 2019 four-star wide out Jeremiah Payton made his second trip ever to Florida - and his first this season after having already visited both Florida State and Miami in 2017.

When seeing Fletcher back in the spring, it was obvious that Payton would struggle to have a big season catching the ball because his team was going to feature more of an athlete than a passer at the quarterback position.

Sure enough, over halfway through the season and the Senators have just over 700 yards passing. Because of that Payton has done more damage on the ground - 35 carries for 365-yards (10.4 avg) and two touchdowns - than he has receiving - 17 catches for 138-yards and two touchdowns.
