Fort Myers (Fla.) Dunbar Rivals100 defensive lineman Derrick Hunter is certainly no stranger to visiting the University of Florida. The 6-foot-6, 285-pounder has been on campus several times – leaving each time having had a positive experience.
However, his visit this weekend had an entirely different feel to it.
“My visit to Florida was beautiful,” said Hunter. “It was different with the new staff. You know, I really enjoyed meeting with the new staff. I really like what they have going on at the University of Florida and I feel good about the process of what they're doing there to get back on top.”
Hunter, when asked, elaborated on what felt different with the new regime.
