Thursday Football Practice Insider Notes

Inside the Gators was on the sidelines for Thursday's Florida Gators fall practice. Here are some of the biggest takeaways and observations from the open portions at the start at each practice.

It looks like wide receiver Antonio Callaway is trying to step in to somewhat of a leadership role as for the third straight practice he greeted arriving teammates at the front gate of the practice field.

Offensive lineman Martez Ivey was ruled out of practice on Monday, but today the lineman was at practice and moving around well, looking like he is unbothered by the swelling that sidelined him on Monday.

Linebacker Kylan Johnson was not seen at practice on Thursday after he was dealing with soreness related issues on Monday.
