Inside the Gators staffers Andrew Olson and Mark Wheeler take a closer look at this weekend's match-up between Florida and Texas A&M, including predicting a winner.

1) Do you expect to see Malik Zaire again this season outside of mop-up duty or a Feleipe Franks injury?

Olson: I expect to see Zaire again in either the Texas A&M or Georgia game (or both). Without Tyrie Cleveland against LSU, Feleipe Franks looked lost trying to move the team through the air. The biggest knocks against Zaire right now are that he played poorly against Michigan and that he is behind when it comes to the playbook. The offensive line has improved since the Michigan game and Zaire has had another month to become more familiar with the playbook. Jim McElwain has given every other quarterback a second chance after a poor outing. Zaire should get his soon.

Wheeler: If you do see Malik Zaire in the game taking over for Feleipe Franks other than in one of the two situations listed in the question above or perhaps as a Wildcat option with Kadarius Toney now limited or sidelined, then I would bet then that is likely the beginning of the end for Franks.

In the opening loss to Michigan, we all witnessed what a Zaire - a senior transfer - brings to the table - which is almost no pocket presence or ability to throw the ball down the field.

If 20 months into his time at Florida you are saying that Franks isn't as good an option as Zaire, then maybe it is time for Franks to find somewhere else to play?

I really don't know how else I would read into that benching.

2) In the middle of Year 3, we’re talking about the same old Florida offense. What do you think is the biggest reason for the lack of progress?
